You are going to love this one! We are very excited to announce our next event… Winter Wellbeing with Naturopath and Nutritionist, Steph Pearson.
We are quickly moving into the dark and cold winter months and we’re sure many can relate with the feeling of winter blues, whether it’s finding the motivation for those healthier habits or just not feeling as well as we’d like.
To set ourselves up for a happy and healthy winter we will be hosting a Winter Wellbeing workshop with our friend Steph, a qualified naturopath and nutritionist!
With a passion for spreading a positive message about real food and the incredible effect it has on health, longevity, healthy hormones, immunity, moods and performance. Steph is on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives. Read on for a bit about Steph!
“I’m Steph, a mum, naturopath, nutritionist and a lover of good food. My mission is to educate and guide my clients on how to eat well for their bodies. Exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle are all very important.
In my 20s and early 30s I had my own health journey issues, weight issues, disordered eating, over-exercising, colitis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, infertility and endometriosis diagnosis and then postpartum anxiety. Through lifestyle and nutrition I am now living and feeling the best version of myself.”
